Loan Rates and Fees
We Are Not a Lender
cashinreach.com is not a lender and does not provide lending services directly to consumers.
Using This Website Costs You Nothing
Submitting your registration through cashinreach.com costs you absolutely nothing. We are paid by the Participating Lenders, or the network of Participating Lenders, to whom we refer you, for each potential customer referral.
Our service stays FREE of charge to you even if you turn down a loan or leave the process at any point. You will never be charged any fees by cashinreach.com.
Your Lender Must Disclose Rates and Fees
Under the Truth in Lending Act, the Participating Lender you are connected with must disclose all of the loan fees and interest rates you will incur if you accept the loan's terms.
Before you are asked to sign any loan documents, your lender will give you a document that fully discloses all fees and rates for the loan the Participating Lender is offering. Please review that fee and rate information thoroughly and completely before you agree to the loan's terms.
Who Sets Your Rate and Fees
Loan fees and interest rates are determined solely by your Participating Lender. The specific amounts are based on the information you submitted.
cashinreach.com has no bearing on, and no input into, the fees charged to you or the interest rate the Participating Lender provides.
You Are Never Obligated to Accept
You have no obligation to accept a Participating Lender's terms. If, at any time before signing the loan documents, you decide the terms are unacceptable or unsuitable, you may stop and exit the process with no penalties and no payment of any kind.
If you decide the terms the Participating Lender has given you are acceptable, the lender will explain how to e-sign your loan.
How These Loans Compare With Bank Loans
Interest rates charged by Participating Lenders are generally higher than those on a traditional loan of a similar amount from a bank or credit institution. However, bank loans often have much stricter requirements and terms, and they are not available as quickly as a payday or personal loan.
With our Participating Lenders, you usually receive your funds within 1 business day of signing the loan documents.
Late Payments
Each Participating Lender has its own late-payment policy. That policy, including any additional charges you will incur, is described in the loan documents your Participating Lender gives you before asking you to e-sign the loan.
Once you sign the Participating Lender's loan documents, you will be expected to understand and follow the loan's terms, including the additional charges and/or interest that apply if a payment is late.
If you cannot make a payment on time, contact your Participating Lender as soon as you know the payment will be late and work with them. Keep in mind that additional fees and interest may still apply.
If You Do Not Repay
If you do not repay your loan, the Lender may apply additional fees and charges. Refusing or failing to pay may also lead the Lender to take legal action against you to collect the loan amount, interest, and collection costs.
Remember: cashinreach.com is not a lender and does not provide lending services directly to consumers.
Loan Renewals, Rollovers, and Extensions
Loan renewal policies are governed largely by state law. In states that allow rollovers or extensions, interest and late fees may be added to the original loan amount, which can substantially increase the amount you will have to repay.
Again, be sure to read the Participating Lender's loan terms carefully and thoroughly before you sign the initial loan contract.
